Apparel company located in Downtown LA seeking a full time E-Commerce Associate. We are looking for a hard working and organized individual who is good with Customer Service and has e-commerce experience.
Job Requirements:
Duties include
Process and fulfill website orders.
Customer service, including handling customer issues, emails and calls.
Follow up with customers by phone or email.
Update E-commerce website on the backend.
Must be computer savvy.
Must have e-commerce experience.
Must be a good team worker.
Must be good on computers and open to learn any new software.
