Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft C# for developing CRM custom extensions and plugins.
Hands-on experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for CRM, including solution deployments and security design.
Development and design expertise in Dynamics CRM technical components, including Dataverse and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Canvas apps, Model-driven apps).
Ability to develop plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate flows.
Experience configuring CRM components and modeling CRM data based on business requirements.
Proficiency in integrations using Power Automate, Connectors, and APIs, with prior experience in workflow tools or custom API development.
Experience working with Microsoft, third-party, and project teams on support issues based on defined SLAs.
Ability to troubleshoot application development issues effectively with a collaborative team approach.
Experience with out-of-the-box reports, dashboards, and Power BI.
Experience working with Copilot within D365 and M365, including Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry, to develop agents and chatbots.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
