? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, soil, and construction aggregate to and from job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any mechanical issues or defects
- Load and unload materials safely and in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and inspection reports as required
- Follow all provincial and federal transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures

? Requirements
? Education: Completion of secondary high school

? Language: English

? Experience: Experience will be an asset; On-the-job training may be provided

? Licences & Certifications: Class 3 (or D) or Class 1 (or D) Licence

? Work Conditions and Personal Suitability:
- Handling heavy loads
- Extended periods of sitting
- Attention to detail and reliability required
- Work at various job sites within Nova Scotia

? Weight handling
- Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

? Security and safety
- Driver’s validity licence check
