Job Description:
H&I Environmental Groups Ltd located in Surrey, BC is looking to hire a Full-Time duct installer that can work for our company, which main activity is the installation of HRV, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with complete ductwork.
Job Duties:
• Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend, and straighten
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• Shaping metal over anvils, blocks, or forms using a hammer.
• Operating soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts.
• Inspecting, assembling, and smoothing seams and joints of burred
• Surfaces
• Maintain and prepare work materials and supplies.
• Includes sheet metal duct installers who install prefabricated sheet metal.
• Install ducts used for heating, air conditioning, and others.
Requirements:
• No specific education is required but having a secondary diploma is an asset.
• No specific work experience is required but related installation, repairing or servicing experience is a bonus (training will be provided)
