• Location: Various locations in Lower mainland based on business address 20573 48a Ave, Langley, BC BC-V3A 3P4
• Salary: $ 37.50 /hour for minimum 30 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full time
• Day, Early Morning, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Shift, To be determined
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible.

Requirements :
Languages: English
Education: Completion of secondary school.
Experience: One to two years of experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities/Tasks

Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
Cut openings in lath for heating and ventilation piping, ducts and electrical outlets
Install exterior and interior steel studs
Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools
Prepare wall and ceiling layouts
Estimate costs and materials
Supervise other workers
Clean and prepare surfaces
Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required

Work site environment: At heights, Noisy, Dusty, Work setting, Construction, Various locations
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination
Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
