Job title- Drywall installer
Job position - Permanent.
Pay rate - $38.40per hr.
Number of vacancies: 1

Employment conditions:Early morning, Morning, Day
Job Requirement-
Experience required: 7 months to less than 1 year
Education required : High school
Language-English

Job duties -
1-Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
2-Instruct apprentices.
3-Supervise other workers.
4-Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster.
5-Clean and prepare surfaces.
6-Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings.
7-Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife.
8-Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets.
9-Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry.
10-Prepare wall and ceiling layouts.
11-Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
12-Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms.
