Experience : 2 years’ experience required
Duties
• Oversee, plan and schedule drywall finishers and installer (taping, mudding, sanding, texturing).
• Plan daily work activities and coordinate with other trades and subcontractors
• Inspect drywall finishing work to ensure quality standards, codes, and specifications are met
• Identify and resolve on-site work issues; improve productivity and finish quality
• Requisition and manage materials, tools, and supplies
• Train workers, apprentices, and labourers on finishing techniques and safety procedures
• Enforce safety rules, company policies, and work procedures
• Prepare progress reports, including job status and labour/material usage
• May oversee multiple job sites or manage drywall finishing operations
