Job Description:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine drywall layout and installation requirements.
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels on walls and ceilings.
Secure drywall sheets to wooden or metal framing, including studs and ceiling joists.
Install metal corner beads to reinforce and protect external corners.
Apply joint compound to fill seams, nail holes, cracks, and surface imperfections.
Tape joints and embed tape in compound using appropriate tools and techniques.
Smooth and level compound, allowing sufficient drying time between coats.
Apply multiple layers of compound and sand surfaces to achieve a smooth, finished appearance.
Install suspended ceiling systems, including metal grids and ceiling panels for acoustical or decorative purposes.
Inspect completed installations to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle tools and materials.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
