Sperle's Valet Fine Dry Cleaning, a trusted name in quality dry cleaning, is currently seeking a Dry Cleaning Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest cleaning standards at our Vancouver location.
Job Details:

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: $36.60/hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule staff and delegate duties
• Monitor production and quality levels
• Train staff in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies
• Supervise the cleaning of specialty or delicate items
• Operate and oversee mechanical dry-cleaning equipment
• Requisition materials and manage supply inventory
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality
• Prepare and submit operational and progress reports
• Arrange maintenance and repair of equipment
Qualifications:
• Language: English
• Education: Secondary (high) school diploma
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in dry cleaning, laundry services, or related supervisory roles
• Strong leadership, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills
