Job Description:
As a Driver supervisor, you will,
1. Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate trucks, buses, and other transport vehicles
2. Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
3. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance
4. Requisition of materials and supplies
5. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
6. Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems
7. Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitor expenditures
8. Ability to work at a second address: 2932 Kingsview Blvd SE, Airdrie, AB. T4A 0C9

Job Requirements:
Qualifications needed:
- Secondary school and college diploma is required.
- Minimum 1years of experience as a driver or operator of motor transport or ground transit equipment is usually required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
- Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitor expenditures.
