Skills Requirements:
• Education: Completion of Secondary/High School Graduation Certificate
• Work experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience operating a horizontal direction drilling machine is required

Job Duties:
• Operate horizontal direction drilling machine (HDD) at construction site for pulling of ducts/pipe for telecommunication service providers
• Load/unload the tracked horizontal direction drilling machine (HDD) on and off the trailer
• Read instructions/diagrams and lay out drill patterns
• Measure location and stake out drill patterns to plan the bore path for the job
• Ensure health and safety regulations and protocols are followed
• Ensure to check for the existing underground utilities before drilling
• May perform other duties as required by the business
