Drill Locator Operator Job

HDP Network Solutions is seeking experienced Drill Locator Operators to support safe and precise underground utility installations across residential, commercial, and municipal projects. This role is critical to maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency in the field.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in drill locating and underground utility work
Strong attention to detail in high-stakes, safety-critical environments
Solid understanding of Ontario One Call processes, utility standards, and safety protocols
Ability to accurately interpret site maps, utility drawings, and locate reports
Proficiency with locate equipment, including electromagnetic locators and GPS devices
Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a field team
