Hourly Wage: $38.50
Weekly Hours: 35 to 40 per week

Duties and Responsibilities
-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drapery and blinds installation team
-Conduct final inspections to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to company standards
-Provide training and mentorship to installers on best practices and installation techniques
-Plan and assign installation tasks to ensure timely project completion and team efficiency
-Identify and resolve installation challenges, including measuring discrepancies and mounting issues
-Communicate with clients, contractors, and designers to confirm installation requirements and resolve concerns
-Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, equipment handling guidelines, and company policies
-Maintain inventory of tools, hardware, and installation materials to ensure availability for projects
-Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
Qualifications
-Completion of secondary school
-1 to 2 years experience in blinds installation/production or related experience highly preferred
