3. Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates
4. Prepare contracts and tenders
5. Write technical reports
6. Estimate costs and materials
7. Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
8. Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
