Job Duties: 
1.Develop precise technical drawings, schematics, and plans utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, aligning with project requirements provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
2.Evaluate specifications, rough drafts, and sketches to ascertain project requirements and limitations.
3.Produce intricate drawings and schematics of construction elements, including building structures, landscaping features, and hardscaping components, adhering to relevant drafting standards and methodologies.
4.Conduct calculations to ascertain material quantities, dimensions, and tolerances essential for project execution.
5.Collaborate closely with fellow design team members to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of drawings, emphasizing the seamless integration of architectural and landscaping elements.
6.Scrutinize drawings and models for inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and omissions, effecting necessary adjustments.
7.Engage in collaborative efforts with engineers, architects, and other professionals to resolve design challenges and ensure conformity with regulations and standards.
8.Manage project documentation and archives, including drawings, specifications, and associated materials.
9.Participate actively in design discussions and reviews, offering technical insights and assistance to the team.
10.Remain abreast of advancements and trends in CAD technology, drafting standards, and design methodologies to enhance drafting efficiency and quality continuously.

1.A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
2.2-3 years of practical experience in Drafting or a related domain.
3.Proficiency in Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and BIM is required.
4.Familiarity with Drafting Tools and Relevant Equipment - Ability to create accurate structural drawings is essential.
5.Computer Literacy - Proficiency in computer usage and specific drafting software is necessary.
6.Outstanding organizational skills with expertise in task prioritization, multitasking, and time management techniques.
