Door to Door Salesman Job

-Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods, engaging with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
-Present and explain our products and services to prospective clients, focusing on how they can benefit from them.
-Qualify leads and gather important customer information to help close sales.
-Close sales and ensure that all customer questions and concerns are addressed effectively.
-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
-Provide feedback to the sales team and management to improve strategies and increase sales.
-Represent MasterCraftRAC in a positive and professional manner at all times.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Previous experience in sales (door-to-door sales experience is a plus, but not required).
-Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
-Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
-Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between locations.
-Reliable transportation to get to different neighborhoods.
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
-Must be 18 years or older.
