• Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Help implement and enforce internal policies and operational standards.
• Coordinate employee work schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Monitor stock levels and track daily earnings to optimize store workflows.
• Assist in recruiting and mentoring new team members to ensure high performance.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the Manager.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors and assist in managing supplier relationships and procurement.
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
