The Challenge
We are hiring an skilled leader to drive modernization, innovation, and higher performance for the NC Division of Motor Vehicles.
In this strategic leadership role, you will:
⦁ Serve as an advisor to our NCDMV Commissioner providing assistance in making modernization and operations improvement for NCDMV statewide.
⦁ Ensure that strategic initiatives are developed and implemented for optimal staff performance and excellent customer service throughout the state.
⦁ Develop long-term goals and strategies, evaluate the steps, and identifying challenges in reaching these goals.
⦁ Oversee execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
⦁ Ensure that clear and consistent communications throughout NCDMV is maintained regarding strategic planning related to modernization.
⦁ Build strong stakeholder relationships and engagement.
⦁ Exercise problem solving and foster a collaborative atmosphere for internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
⦁ Experience leading critical organizational change initiatives.
⦁ Working knowledge of strategic planning implementation.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to use problem solving skills to manage a diverse organization.
⦁ Experience composing and presenting information to diverse audiences.
⦁ Experience evaluating risk assessment for organizational process improvements.
