District Manager Job

Direct and oversee daily business operations across multiple bakery locations to ensure consistency in brand standards, operational efficiency, and achievement of regional financial targets. Provide expert internal consulting for new store openings, including site-readiness assessment, workflow design for bakery production areas, and implementation of initial inventory management systems. Analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and labor costs for each district location to develop and implement strategic plans for revenue growth and cost reduction. Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations and quality control protocols specialized for bakery and dessert manufacturing, ensuring all products meet both regulatory and company-specific sensory standards. Formulate and update standardized operational manuals for store managers regarding production scheduling, pastry display management, and customer service excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, and Food Science and Technology
• 2 years of experience in store operations management or business consulting in the bakery and dessert manufacturing industry
