Proven experience in sales or distribution, preferably in the food, wellness, or organic product sectors.

Ability to identify and engage with potential clients, including health food stores, wellness centers, and individual consumers.

Knowledge or strong interest in organic superfoods, health supplements, and plant-based products.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to expand distribution channels and grow market share.

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients and partners.

Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive approach and a customer-focused mindset.

Capacity to manage and maintain records of inventory, sales, and transactions.

Ability to work independently, set goals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Skills:

Strong understanding of organic and natural products market trends.

Customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Proficiency in using CRM or sales software is a plus.

Ability to educate clients on the benefits of organic superfoods and promote product knowledge.
