Given the breadth of our offer, our strategy is to open new customers with a select few door opener items and then to grow our share of wallet in each customer. We will continue to distribute fuels as long as there is a market but recognizing that the market will eventually dry up, we are focusing our growth initiatives on the lubricants, industrial supplies and BPT markets.

Job Duties:
The Dispatcher is responsible for setting the delivery schedule, assigning the daily routes of Truck Drivers and prepare the documents needed for delivery to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with the trucking regulations.
• Take customer orders over the phone and in-person for product delivery.
• Manage the accurate preparation and dispatch of incoming customer orders/ tickets/ transfers: fuel, lubes, oil, DFOA, industrial supplies, and all other future products to be sold.
• Make outbound calls to customers concerning the status of their deliveries.
• Prepare orders according to TDG (Transport of Dangerous Goods) regulations.
• Consider equipment, driver availability, and customer priority, to create a weekly delivery schedule. Adjust daily as unplanned priorities occur.
• Generate, update, and submit the required paperwork by the set deadline: load and fuel reports, invoicing sales orders and submitting quotes, NAV, finance/HR/HS paperwork, answering emails, etc.
• Oversee and develop processes and tools to increase productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and respect in all interactions with customers and promptly escalate customer complaints to management.
• Assist in efficiently managing unplanned breakdowns.
• Assist in scheduling the fleets preventative, corrective, and scheduled, maintenance through partnered garages. Arrange schedule with the least impact to operations, deliveries, and customers.
• Reviewing TDG documents, Bills of Lading and daily dip reports and efficiently entering the figures from the daily dip reports into the assigned spreadsheet.
• Reviewing trips daily to ensure prompt and precise billing.
• Complete Route Planning in the Inventory Routing System by creating truck trips and loading orders onto trucks.
• Foster relationship with direct depot.
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

• 1 year of work experience in a similar position would be an asset

• Number of hours per week: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Overtime starts after how many hours: 44 hours
• Shift rotation (as applicable): Weekend on-call shift rotation.
