*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to dispatch drivers and vehicles, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

**Responsibilities:)

- Dispatch drivers and vehicles according to schedules
- Monitor vehicle locations and estimated arrival times
- Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, or messaging apps
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service)
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and logs

**Requirements:)

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of dispatch experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with dispatch software and technology
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
