Primary Responsibilities:
REQUIRED SKILLSET:
•Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch, shipping, and distribution of samosas, sweets, and other food products.
•Schedule, assign, and monitor duties of dispatch staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
•Coordinate with production teams to align dispatch schedules with fresh batch output and order requirements.
•Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and verification of outgoing shipments in accordance with company standards.
•Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure efficient routing and timely delivery of goods.
•Maintain accurate dispatch records, including invoices, delivery documents, and inventory movement.
•Train staff on handling perishable goods, workplace safety, and company procedures.
•Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
•Monitor finished goods inventory in the dispatch area and ensure efficient stock control.
