Tasks
Oversee the organization's operational logistics.
Plan and coordinate the organization's operational logistics.
Coordinate actions with departments or other work units.
Carry out regular administrative tasks.
Carry out routine office tasks.
Offer client support.
Employees are dispatched in accordance with work orders and schedules.
Understanding of international dispatching laws and procedures.
Knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to highway trucking.The chosen applicant must be available from monday to friday for 35-40 work hours per week for fulltime work
1) Organise and manage the supply-chain departments' or work units' operational logistics.
2) Speak with the production supervisor to plan production runs in a way that saves money and time.
3) To coordinate activities between warehouses, factory floors, building sites, or other supply chain work units or departments, maintain regular communication with purchasing, inventory clerks, managers of warehouses, production, and construction.
4) Keeps supplies and components in stock that are required to finish production.
