Disaster Restoration Technician Job

-Assist skilled tradespersons in residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects
-Load, unload and transport construction materials and tools to worksites
-Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation and other building materials during demolition and renovation activities
-Perform demolition and site preparation work under supervision
-Operate basic hand and power tools used in construction and rebuilding tasks
-Clean and prepare construction sites before and after project activities
-Sort, remove and dispose of construction debris and rubble
-Erect and dismantle temporary barriers, scaffolding and protective structures as required
-Follow all occupational health and safety regulations at job sites

-Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, renovation, demolition, or restoration work
-Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing demanding manual tasks
-Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor construction environments
-Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
-Strong teamwork skills and capacity to follow instructions effectively
