Director, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Job

Develop the company’s supply chain and manufacturing management strategy. Build the processes which guarantee the efficient manufacturing, movement and storage of materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point of origin to point of consumption. Oversee the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met. Provide the senior leadership team with appropriate information on inventory analytics, demand planning and sales forecasting in order to support and improve business performance and provide internal reporting to senior management on inventory position, obsolescence risks, and business insights. Lead the Sales and Operations (S&OP) dialogue each month (sales forecasting and monthly demand review) with key counterparts in sales, operations, finance, and product management.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in job offered, or Director of Operations, Service and Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, or in a related occupation.
