Director Project Management and Supply Chain Management Job

Director Project Management and Supply Chain Management to perform the following duties:

R&D Project Management:
• Project Leadership:
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D project teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory specialists, to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all R&D projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define R&D project priorities and align them with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify and evaluate new project opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations with external organizations.
• Develop long-term R&D roadmaps and ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Implement robust risk management processes and tools to monitor and control project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple R&D projects to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all R&D projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of project execution.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues and ensure continuous improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and final deliverables.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into project status and outcomes.
• Ensure that all project documentation is stored and managed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Supply Chain Management:
• Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Ensure the availability of materials and products to meet production and customer demands.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
Leadership and Collaboration:
• Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and direction to the R&D project management and supply chain teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments, including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales, to align project and supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure seamless project execution and supply chain operations.

Bachelor’s degree is required in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science
