Director of Teen Education Job

World Olivet Assembly, Inc. seeks the Director of Teen Education to oversee all aspects of teen ministry and educational programs, including planning and leading weekly worship services, Bible studies, and discipleship training to foster spiritual growth and engagement. The Director of Teen Education provides individual and group counseling, mentor youth volunteers, and collaborate with parents, church leadership, and ministry teams to address the needs of teens. The role also includes organizing and coordinating youth retreats, events, and outreach programs locally and internationally, managing administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and resource allocation, and reporting regularly to senior leadership on program effectiveness and outcomes.
