Requirements:
• Be over 18 years old
• Have flexible availability- able to work at least 8 hours shifts (up to 45 hours per week minimum) and be able to open or close the restaurant, per scheduling. Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
• Proven and previous leadership experience required
• Must be reliable and on time
• Present yourself professionally to include appearance, a respectful behavior and integrity
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a sense of urgency
• Be able to effectively communicate to your Team, other Leaders, Directors and Operator.
• Demonstrate the ability to train others
• Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees of the restaurant with respect

Responsibilities (expectations, but not limited to):
• Support Senior Leadership in operation execution including daily set-up, catering and facility coordination
• Oversee cash handling
• Answer phone
• Lead Team with best practices and adhere to all restaurant policies themselves
• Communicate Team Member performance to Directors for appropriate handling
• Address and solve guest issues
• Ensure that products and guest experience are consistent with our brand, culture and standard of excellence
• Assist in training of new hires
• Oversee cleanliness through daily walkthroughs in a high expectation environment
• Set and manage goals with Team Members and Leaders
• Build a culture others want to follow
• Reinforce expectations and drive accountability
• Assist in evaluations
