Job Description:
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. Manage and train sales managers and sales representatives to ensure performance goals are met. Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), set sales quotas, and Key Performance Indicator's (KPIs). Work with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals including continuous process improvement. 25% domestic travel required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related required. Will accept foreign degree evaluated to be the equivalent of a U.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related required. Four years experience as Group Lead Manufacturing Engineer or related required. Experience must have included managing cross-functional teams engaged in the design and industrialization of production processes in an electrical and electronic manufacturing environment. Experience must have included managing cost optimization in electrical and electronic manufacturing environment. Experience must have included financial modeling and pricing. Experience must have included conducting profit analysis at both project and account levels and strategic recommendation formulation. Experience must have included managing high-impact industrialization projects with direct reporting to top management, strengthening leadership, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning competencies.
