Job Description:
This key leadership role is crucial in enhancing our residential offerings and ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the residential program.
• Collaborate with staff, individuals and families to ensure a supportive and enriching environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Manage budgets, resources, and overall program logistics.
• Stay informed of best practices and industry trends to innovate and enhance our services.
• Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College or University is preferred.
• Proven experience in program management; budget preparation and management; staff supervision within a residential setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals and promoting community engagement.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Must Pass Child Abuse, FBI (fingerprinting) and Criminal Background Clearances.
• Pre-hire and bi-annual physical and Mantoux TB test.
