Licensed therapist (PT/OT/SLP) eligible to practice in Washington state.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF or rehab setting strongly preferred.
Strong communication, team management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced post-acute environment.
