Job Description:
Hudson Milestones is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Director of Operations to lead a busy department supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
This executive-level role is responsible for ensuring program quality, licensing compliance, operational excellence, and staff leadership across multiple sites in Hudson county. The Director of Operations will help drive innovation, accountability, and compassionate care throughout the department.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage budgets, staffing, and quality improvement systems
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
- Lead, coach, and inspire a dedicated team
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, including managerial or administrative work
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Solid computer proficiency and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
