Job Overview:
Responsible for the overall operation management of the manufacturing base, including production, quality, cost control and team leadership, to ensure the safe, efficient and intelligent operation of the manufacturing system.
Main Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve production capacity, quality, delivery and cost targets;
Lead multiple departments such as production, engineering, quality, safety, etc. to improve team performance;
Promote the implementation of lean production, automation and intelligent manufacturing systems;
Control manufacturing costs, optimize processes and resource allocation;
Ensure EHS, quality management system and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management;
More than 10 years of manufacturing management experience, with experience as a factory director of a large manufacturing company;
Familiar with lean production, Six Sigma, MES/ERP systems;
Excellent leadership, execution and cross-departmental communication skills.
