Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate operational projects and daily business activities.
• Coordinate activities among subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and supervisory personnel to support efficient project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, timelines and operational progress to ensure timely completion of activities and services.
• Review budgets, cost estimates and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency and project performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Supervise project implementation and resolve operational, scheduling or service-related issues as they arise.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials, equipment and contracted services.
• Review operational reports, project documentation and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
• Participate in project planning, contract administration and operational strategy development.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve workflow efficiency, operational performance and service delivery.
