Job Description:
The Director of Employee Relations is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment. This role focuses on supporting organizational goals by guiding employee-related initiatives, promoting collaboration, and ensuring alignment with company standards. Acting as a trusted resource for leadership and staff, the position helps address workplace matters and contributes to overall employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a central point of contact for employee-related questions and concerns.
Provide guidance on workplace practices and organizational policies.
Support efforts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor overall employee experience and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to relevant guidelines and maintain necessary documentation.
Assist leadership with coaching and development on employee-focused topics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Several years of experience in human resources or a similar function.
General understanding of employment practices and workplace standards.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
Residence within the state is required.
