Director of Emergency Services Job

The Director of Emergency Services is responsible for leading the overall operations, strategy, and quality of care within the Emergency Department. This position ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by managing staff, budget, patient flow, and performance outcomes. The Director fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and clinical excellence while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Required:

Current RN License (Compact or MO license)

Minimum 2+ years of recent acute-care Director-level experience in an Emergency Department

May consider strong ED Managers with proven success managing day-to-day operations

Bachelor’s Degree or approved education plan
