Position Summary
Lead U.S. semiconductor equipment sales, service, operations, and business growth:

TERATECH US, INC. is seeking a Managing Director to lead its U.S. operations in Austin, Texas. The Managing Director will oversee business development, direct customer relationships, service operations, sales strategy, and team formation for the company’s semiconductor equipment business, including vacuum gate valves and related equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. market-entry and growth strategies for semiconductor equipment, vacuum gate valves, service contracts, and repair operations.
• Lead negotiations for direct service, maintenance, sales, and support contracts with major semiconductor manufacturers and industry partners.
• Oversee the establishment and operation of U.S. service and repair functions, including maintenance programs, emergency repair support, and quality-control procedures.
• Direct sales, pricing, customer relationship, and contract-management strategies for specialized semiconductor equipment products and services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate engineering, sales, and administrative personnel to support U.S. operations and service delivery.
• Manage budgets, sales forecasts, operational reports, and executive-level performance reviews for the U.S. subsidiary.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of management experience in the semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing support, industrial equipment, vacuum systems, or related technical sales/service industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing sales, service, contract negotiation, customer relations, and operational planning in a technical business environment.
• Experience supervising professional staff and coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, logistics, repair, and administrative personnel.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment customers, technical service requirements, pricing strategy, and direct client account management.

Qualified experience must include:
• Management experience with specialized semiconductor equipment products, including vacuum gate valves, plasma cleaning systems, etching/ashing systems, gas purification systems, or comparable equipment.
• Proven experience developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, negotiating major contracts, and expanding market presence in the semiconductor equipment field.
• Experience managing key customer relationships with major semiconductor manufacturers or large-scale industrial clients, including customized technical service and product-support solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership over sales or operations teams, including supervising experienced managers or specialists, setting performance goals, managing pricing/contracts, and preparing executive-level sales forecasts and reports.
