Digital Transformation Manager Job

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for smart manufacturing and AI data analytics, driving digital transformation across the factory.
• Lead cross-functional teams (AI, IT, data analytics, production) to deploy intelligent production systems and ensure seamless ERP/MES/data platform integration.
• Oversee AI-powered defect detection, smart equipment management, and production planning optimization to enhance efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.
• Monitor and analyze production data to refine processes, improve productivity, and reduce energy/material waste.
• Evaluate and adopt advanced AI and smart manufacturing technologies while establishing security and compliance protocols for data integrity and system reliability.
• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, networks, ERP/MES platforms, and security systems; lead IT projects (upgrades, installations, maintenance) ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and budgets, ensuring secure and efficient use of resources; coordinate with external vendors for procurement and support.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to foster smart factory advancement and achieve business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Development, Multimedia Design, or closely related field of study;
- Five years of progressive experience in in applying machine learning tools (Python, PyTorch) for data analytics, defect detection, and quality inspection projects;
- Five years of progressive experience in implementing and integrating ERP platforms.
- Proficient in deploying IoT-enabled solutions for equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.
