Job Description:
Homelora Estate is seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content strategy, with the ability to translate marketing goals into measurable outcomes.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Homelora Estate, you will play a key role in promoting real estate properties, enhancing online visibility, and engaging prospective and existing clients across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising
Manage and grow Homelora Estate’s online presence, including website content and social media platforms
Develop compelling digital content, including ads, posts, landing pages, and email campaigns
Optimize website performance through SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM tools)
Collaborate with sales, design, and management teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience in real estate or property marketing is an advantage
