Mint Cleaning Service is a professional cleaning and home services company operating in Canada. We provide a range of residential and commercial services, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, move-in and move-out services, handyman services, and commercial cleaning solutions.

As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our internal operations and digital marketing capabilities to support better customer acquisition, service coordination, and long-term business development.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily marketing and customer operations, including inquiry handling, needs assessment, and service recommendations to improve customer conversion and satisfaction.
• Support customer acquisition and retention activities, including customer follow-up, ongoing communication, and relationship maintenance to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate and maintain digital marketing channels, including content posting, basic performance tracking, and customer interaction to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain and update internal systems for order tracking, customer information, and service coordination to support smooth operational workflows.
• Monitor after-sales service and customer feedback, summarize insights, and support service quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate daily communication between internal teams and service staff to support smooth operational execution.
• Compile operational and marketing data and assist with basic analysis to support process optimization and business decision-making.
• Assist in onboarding and guiding new team members on marketing workflows, customer handling procedures, and system usage, as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
• College or CEGEP diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in marketing, customer operations, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and basic data tracking.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and basic relationship management.
• Comfortable using internal computer systems for customer and order management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
