Job Description:
Digital Marketing Manager is needed to perform the following duties:
· Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, and other online channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
· Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience behavior.
· Manage and allocate large-scale marketing budgets across channels, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and efficiency.
· Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources (e.g., advertising platforms, web analytics, CRM systems) to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
· Design and implement audience targeting strategies, including segmentation, behavioral targeting, and remarketing, to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Develop and oversee A/B and multivariate testing strategies across ads, landing pages, and user journeys to enhance conversion performance.
· Define and implement measurement frameworks, including tracking, attribution modeling, and performance benchmarking, to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
· Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, analytics, and sales to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals.
· Evaluate emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance and scalability.
· Provide strategic direction and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
· Prepare and present detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Marketing or Digital Marketing or Communications
