Job Description:
Position: Digital Marketing Coordinator (NOC 11202)
Job type: Full-time, permanent
Wage: $37–$40/hour
Working hours: Approximately 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote Joyce Decor’s services and grow online presence.
• Create and maintain engaging content across multiple platforms including the company website, social media, email newsletters, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring brand consistency and timely interaction with followers.
• Prepare marketing materials for seasonal promotions and support the sales team with digital lead generation strategies.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and brand differentiation.
• Work closely with the design and operations team to align marketing strategies with ongoing interior design projects and customer feedback.

Qualifications or Requirements:
• Completion of Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or content creation role.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Mailchimp is an asset.
• Experience with SEO, PPC campaigns, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Demonstrated creativity and knowledge of current marketing trends, especially in the home decor or interior design sector.
