Job Description:
Skillbook Inc. O/A Skillbook Academy located at 18 King St E Suite #1400, Toronto, ON M5C 1C4 requires 1 Digital Marketing Co-ordinator on Permanent and Full-time basis. Wage: $36.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided. Email- [email protected]
Job Duties:
• Manage digital content (blogs, course descriptions, success stories) to promote training programs and events.
• Oversee and coordinate third party vendors for content creation, graphics and other marketing materials.
• Ensure website updates reflect new course offerings, instructor insights, and industry trends.
• Monitor trends in Agile, SAFe®, and Scrum to create relevant content that resonates with professionals and organizations.
• Design email campaigns targeting prospective students, corporate clients, and Agile professionals.
• Utilize AI tools to research, create and publish various digital assets including creatives, motion graphics and videos.
• Assist with webinar coordination, ensuring seamless execution and audience engagement.
• Track KPIs such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead conversions.
• Ensure branding and messaging consistency across all digital platforms.
• Participate in periodic meetings with internal and externals to formulate and manage marketing strategies.
• Provide reports with actionable insights to improve digital marketing strategies.
• All other relevant tasks
