Shomul Services, Inc. dba Coinsite (“Coinsite”) is a cryptocurrency ATM company that installs and operates cryptocurrency ATMs in the province of British Columbia and plans to expand nationwide. Coinsite’s ATMs provide ease of use and instant conversion of Cash to Crypto and vice versa.

Coinsite is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead the company's growth and strategic development in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency market across Canada and North America. The Managing Director will manage business operations, formulate and execute business strategies, and ensure the company’s objectives align with its long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-level business strategies, objectives, and policies aligned with the company's long-term vision.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate all operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Allocate human, financial, and material resources to implement company programs, establish administrative controls, and oversee financial planning and budgeting.
• Direct and manage financial performance, including profit and loss analysis, cash flow, and balance sheet oversight.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
• Evaluate market trends, competition, and financial structures to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Oversee compliance with AML & KYC regulations, ensuring organizational policies align with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to drive business growth and development.
• Oversee the recruitment and development of senior staff and establish key departments across various locations.
• Represent the company at major cryptocurrency events, acting as a spokesperson and industry leader.
• Work closely with the software development team to drive innovation and improve digital product offerings.
• Foster a high-performing, agile team culture and ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Requirements and skills:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years of senior-level experience in the financial services sector within the North American market(s).
• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency ATM operations and the digital currency market.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, profit and loss analysis, and cash flow oversight.
• In-depth understanding of AML & KYC compliance and risk assessment strategies.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing teams.
• Experience in developing digital products and innovative business solutions.
• Proven track record in fostering strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
