POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing the Digital Content Manager oversees the production of all marketing content and sales collateral. This includes social media, email, and advertising along with customer acquisition and retention communications.
Primary Duties:
- Write, edit and proofread emails, landing pages, case studies, press releases, social media posts and more as necessary.
- Collaborate with key team members across all departments, partners and agencies to create a consistent brand and clear communications.
- Manage publishing schedules across all media, including social platforms of X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and others as necessary.
- Lead marketing on new media tools and opportunities to expand our market presence.
- Use analytic tools to create reporting, track metrics give guidance on marketing strategy.
- Support the content and creative managers across the company with best practices and content creation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years’ experience.
- Examples of content, calendars, creatives and clients that have worked with you.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Content and page design and skills are helpful too.
