Our platform brings together products including USD accounts, debit and corporate cards, FX, payments, invoicing, remittances, treasury services, and stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure for consumers and businesses.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Content Strategy Intern who wants hands-on experience building the content engine for an emerging fintech and neobank.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding audiences, developing content ideas, telling stories, researching trends, and turning complex financial concepts into content people actually want to read, watch, and share.

About the Role

As a Content Strategist Intern, you will help develop and execute Xanto.Cash's content strategy across social media, blogs, newsletters, video, educational resources, product marketing, and community channels.

You'll work closely with the marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to transform complex topics such as stablecoins, digital dollars, payments, FX, banking, financial freedom, and cross-border finance into clear, compelling, and engaging stories.

You will have the opportunity to help build Xanto.Cash's content strategy from the ground up and experiment with viral content, SEO, thought leadership, educational campaigns, creator content, community storytelling, and growth marketing.

What You'll Work On

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy
Research target audiences and identify their financial needs and interests
Create content themes, pillars, campaigns, and editorial calendars
Develop ideas for social media, blogs, newsletters, videos, and educational content
Turn complex fintech and stablecoin concepts into simple, accessible stories
Write and edit content for different audiences and platforms
Develop content briefs for designers, video creators, and social media teams
Research fintech, banking, stablecoins, payments, blockchain, and emerging technology trends
Monitor competitors and identify content opportunities
Identify trending topics that can be incorporated into Xanto.Cash campaigns
Develop SEO-focused content strategies
Help create educational resources for consumers and businesses
Support product marketing and product-launch content
Develop thought-leadership content for company leadership
Repurpose long-form content into social posts, short videos, threads, and newsletters
Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Work with the social media team to turn strategic ideas into campaigns
Collaborate with UX/UI designers on visual storytelling
Help develop content for different markets and customer segments
