Position Title: Digital Business Analyst
Location: 2 Tower Center Blvd, 16th Floor, Suite 1603, East Brunswick, NJ 08816
Wage: $220,000 & Standard Company Benefits
Position Responsibilities: Conduct complex business and systems analysis tasks, applying industry experience and various modules of Dynamics 365 F&SCM, in the areas of supply chain, production and planning, asset management, project accounting and finance. Provide reliable design solutions that meet the measurable objectives of the digital transformation programs. Assist pre-sales discoveries, analyze prospective client's business process and functional needs, envision critical and complex processes, design high-level overall solution topology and demonstrate high level potential solutions through prototypes to address their critical requirements and business needs. Create the functional specifications, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user stories, solution blueprints. Take the lead role on detailed solution design work, by closely working with the technical team, leveraging out-of-the-box features, power platform, ISV solutions, any Sonata Software's in-house extended features/connectors, and integrating with third party applications subject to scope of the work. Conduct application design workshops to align the business requirements with acceptable solution design. Lead the team through the life cycle of a D365 implementation providing key inputs during design. data migration, conducting and supporting solution testing, building test cases, assisting with functional, system and user acceptance testing and conducting and supporting users training based on agreed training strategy. Foster executive level relationships and become the trusted advisor of the client(s) to deliver on their strategic business initiatives. Provide post go live support.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for Order to Cash, Procure to Payment, Project Accounting, and Warehouse Management; application Lifecycle Management in Azure DevOps; business process redesign & documentation; process automation, and; ERP infrastructure & environment design. Travel to unanticipated client locations, throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
