Digital Accessibility Tester

Required Skills:
Strong experience in manual digital accessibility testing for web and mobile applications.
In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and accessibility compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack, ZoomText, and Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
Strong understanding of HTML, ARIA, semantic HTML, responsive web design, and accessibility remediation.
Experience using accessibility testing tools such as Axe, WAVE, ARC Toolkit, SiteImprove, and WebAIM.
Familiarity with browser developer tools, Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications:
IAAP CPACC or WAS
DHS Trusted Tester
Section 508 Certification
Deque University Accessibility Certification
