Quick Truck Lube Supplies Ltd. has immediate opening for experienced Diesel Mechanic (TEER: 72401) at our location in Fort Erie, Ontario.

As a Diesel Mechanic (TEER: 72401), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Check Trucks, for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required.
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand and power tools.
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications.
• Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on heavy trucks
• May attach components and adjust Trucks equipment.
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Industry-related training or courses in heavy-duty mechanics are required.
• Experience an asset.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (35 hours/week)
Compensation: CAD $ 34.20 /hour
